La Vecchia Cantina is a cultivation of passion, dream and experience. The menu takes inspiration from the Amalfi Coast tradition, offering a contemporary Italian dining experience with a touch of tradition where ingredients are handled with care to showcase their purest flavours. For this purpose, Chef Antonio tries to use as much as possible homemade items and by selecting the highest quality of local products in collaboration with locals. The link with the raw materials of the territory is of fundamental importance.
A team of the first order was selected in this phase by Chef Antonio, as well as his historical collaborator. A culinary passion and imagination offer a revisit of Amalfi Coast tradition, with primary quality ingredients that enhance the uniqueness of the dishes.
A new adventure founded under the best auspices: Chef Antonio Cioffi took over restaurant management in first person with his brother Rosario Cioffi.

Our goal is to guarantee authentic local products grown with respect to tradition and in balance with the ecosystem. We use products from the area, small farmers and producers. We try to highlight these ingredients from our local area by respecting the seasons and the traditions of our land, while serving them with a modern twist!
